This regulation requires all traders of related products under electromagnetic compatibility technology to act in accordance with the requirements of the new regulation when applying for product compliance certificate PCoC through SABER platform.

Specifically, traders need to submit two important documents as technical documents for certification reference:

1. Supplier conformity declaration form SDOC；;

2. EMC test report issued by an accredited laboratory.

These two documents are very important to prove the electromagnetic compatibility of products and meet the relevant technical regulations.

SDOC is a spontaneous statement with laboratory test report to prove that the product meets specific technical standards and requirements. The EMC test report is issued by an accredited laboratory, which is used to prove that the performance of products in electromagnetic compatibility conforms to relevant laws and standards.
